Transfer is Olivia Magill

Olivia Magill (Seattle, WA) a 6'2" upcoming junior will join the Rainbow Wahine in the fall as she transfers in from the University of Arizona. Magill will most likely get the scholarship that is vacant due to the transfer of Jade Vorster.

Magill spent two seasons as a wildcat under Arizona head coach David Rubio who is good friends with Hawaii head coach Dave Shoji. As a sophomore she led her team with blocks (119 total - 1.16 bps) and hitting percentage (.335). She had 202 kills (1.96 kps) and had a season high 13 kills against Oregon State while hitting a career high (.524). When the Arizona team came to Hawaii, she was a member of the Outrigger Hotels and Resorts Volleyball Challenge All-Tournament Team. She recorded a double-double against Portland State (12 kills, 10 blocks). Her blocking and hitting percentage ranked 97th and 104th in the country.
